Crystal Ski is the UK and Ireland’s most recommended ski company providing outstanding ski experiences both on and off the mountain. We’re looking for Resort Reps to join our team for the winter season across Europe.

You’ll make sure that the service our clients receive is nothing short of exceptional. Creating an unforgettable experience from the moment they arrive in resort to the moment they depart you’ll be helping to create that special holiday experience that makes them want to return to us year after year.

What You Will Be Doing

You’ll deliver exceptional service our customers expect in accordance with company policies and to ensure brochure promises are fulfilled, striving towards getting our customers ready for the mountain and skiing/snowboarding for when they want to be.

Promoting our service and generating sales through informative transfer and welcome speeches.

Your TUI ipad is full of tools and great content to help you stand out from our competitors, it will help you communicate with our suppliers and deliver great service to our customers.

Offer and arrange excursions and activities for our customers to match their needs and interests while in resort to create heightened memories.

Resolve all customer questions and complaints straight away and assist during medical emergencies.

On a busy transfer day you will be working as a destination team to ensure customers have a smooth arrival and departure through effective communication.

In resort you will be following up with customers ensuring they have everything they need to have a great holiday, carry out daily accommodation visits or attend service centres in the resort. Running/guiding activities and events dependant on your resort.

Complete resort paperwork in a timely and accurate fashion, this may involve admin and accounts. You must ensure the safe keeping of all company money by banking and keeping a record of all transactions made.


What We Are Looking For

Service and people orientated mind set,  You put our customers at the heart of everything you do, have a passion for delivering the highest level of service and understand how much having a great holiday means to our customers.

Passionate about being in the mountains, you have an interest in skiing/snowboarding and outdoor life or be willing to give it a try.

Natural ability to connect with our customers, not be afraid to initiate a conversation and suggest products that will enhance the customers holiday experience; at the same time profiting the business.

Previous experience working in customer service or sales is advantageous.

Takes pride in you appearance and every aspect of your job, to deliver high customer service and go above and beyond achieving targets.

Able to cope with ever changing tasks, have a flexible and adaptable approach to working location and hours in line with business requirements.

Strong verbal and written communication

Someone who can live and work with others closely and bring a lot of enthusiasm to the role. 

The ability and maturity to live and work overseas.
